Breezy Point Cooperative, Inc. consists of approximately 2,800 shareholders who reside in one family summer and/or winter homes. There are three homeowner associations within the cooperative; Point Breeze, Rockaway Point and Roxbury. The Breezy Point Cooperative has private security, three volunteer fire departments and ambulance service, several restaurants and taverns, a commerical shopping center and most importantly beautiful private beaches along both the Atlantic Ocean and Jamaica Bay.
